Our market saw a very interesting 2013, with decreasing home prices, but with low interest rates throughout 2013, sales remained steady. Currently stablized, the market has seen an increase in sales although selling prices have not shown the same increase.
With low interest rates and great inventory, its definitely the time to buy.

Overall buyer confidence seems to have been restored in with
low interest rates and high inventory. While eight (8) more
homes were sold during the same period last year, both listing
and sales price were higher in January 2012.
